FIELD: surgery, in prophylaxis of postoperative complications of sutured wounds. SUBSTANCE: before operation pyrogenal is injected to the patient, and during the first 12 hours after operation the patient is subjected to a single simultaneous action of a static magnetic field at an induction of 45+-5 MT and laser emission at a wavelength of 0.8 to 1.4 mcm, the power density being within 5.2 to 3.5 mW/sq.sm; then the magnetic-laser action is repeated daily until normal body temperature is stabilized. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
