FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves puncturing superficial lymph node of patient soft tissues. Proximal end of polymer monofiber light guide of 0.3-0.5 mm diameter is introduced into lymph node by 3-7 mm. Proximal end of needle is introduced by 1/3 of longitudinal lymph node size. The light guide is fixed before withdrawing the needle from the lymph node along the light guide. The proximal end of the light guide is left fixed in the lymph node. Sterile magnet is laid over the lymph node area. Skin magnetization and intranodal lymph and lymph node tissue irradiation along the light guide are concurrently carried out during 60-65 min daily. Constant magnetic field of a magnet of 50 mTesla unit large magnetic field intensity and laser radiation of a laser of 1.6-1.7 mW power. The magnet is withdrawn. Treatment course is 3-13 days long. Concurrent skin magnetization and intranodal lymph and lymph node tissue irradiation along the light guide are carried out on the background of lymphatic tissue draining 20 min later after beginning intravenous drop infusion of 160.0-180.0 ml of hemodesis or rheopolyglukine administered in turn. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; accelerated treatment course. 2 cl, 1 tbl
