SUBSTANCE: method involves effectuating preliminary running start with loading creating force directed toward side opposed to running direction; making 30-m round two times, with loading being applied to waist of sportsman during the first round and to thighs during the second round; measuring time required for overcoming distance in ten running paces during each round to determine force developed by sportsman; judging force capacity of sportsman on the base of measurement data.
