FIELD: petrochemical technology. SUBSTANCE: method for separation of aromatic hydrocarbons from their mixtures with nonaromatic hydrocarbons includes extraction with aqueous solution of polyglycol in the presence of monoethanolamine to produce rafinate and extract phases; rectification of extract phase with water to produce extract of recycle, aqueous polyglycol; separation from recycle and extract of water layers; return of recycle for extraction; separation of aqueous polyglycol, water washing of rafinate phase and extract; rectification of washed extract to produce individual aromatic hydrocarbons; supply of water layer to rectification of extract phase; use of water layer separated from cycle for washing of hydrocarbons. Supply of monoethanolamine to water layer and or washing layer; direction of washing water for extraction. Water layer separated from recycle is used for washing of rafinate phase; produced washing water is directed for extraction with raw material and/or recycle; and extract phase is washed with water layer separated from extract.
