FIELD: chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing mixture of unsaturated fatty acids at increased content of unsaturated fatty acids - up to 95%. Composition of vegetable oils based on fatty coriander oil in combination with sunflower oil is subjected for areactive hydrolysis, and components were taken at the following ratio, wt.-%: fatty coriander oil 80-90, and sunflower oil 10-20. Obtained mixture of fatty acids is distilled off. EFFECT: improved method of preparing, enhanced quality of product. 1 tbl
