FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: shaft is mounted in working chamber of device coaxially with chamber. Mounted on shaft for rotation and vibration is ring in form of even number of alternating sectors made of nonmagnetic and ferromagnetic materials. Ring is installed on shaft through resilient members. Rigidly secured of ferromagnetic sectors are perforated spiral blades also made of ferromagnetic material. Sources of constant magnetic fields with positive and negative poles are installed in side walls of working chamber in pairs at opposite sides and are arranged in series at one and the other side relative to plane normal to shaft axis and passing through middle of ring. EFFECT: enhanced quality of fuel mixture. 2 dwg
