Counter balance manufacture in the form of balance float which mass equals that of weight. Weight and float are placed in symmetry with reference to rotary axle of device. Case is filled with damping fluid up to level exceeding height of measurement pendulum. EFFECT: improved accuracy and reliability of device. 2 dwg
