APPARATUS FOR FISH FEEDING AND CATCHING IN FISH-REARING RESERVOIR Russian patent published in 1996 - IPC

FIELD: fishery. SUBSTANCE: reservoir has accumulating vessel and feeding section communicated through by-pass section. Feeding section has feed supplying device. Accumulating vessel and sections are provided with valves defined by set of vertical rods mounted for deflection into vessel and sections. Reservoir is further provided with lifting device. False bottom formed as inclined chute is disposed within accumulating vessel and is kinematically connected with lifting device. Gate is positioned at by-pass section outlet end. Inclined chute is kinematically connected with gate. Automatic unloading of fish is facilitated by lifting device provided with electric drive and time relay. Valves are provided with fish counting unit allowing fish quantity to be controlled. Fish accumulated in vessel is unloaded by lifting false bottom and lowering gate to cut off passage of fish from by-pass section into vessel. Apparatus may be used for catching fish in release and nonrelease reservoirs to obtain commercial fish during the whole rearing period.
