FIELD: floation of mineral resources. SUBSTANCE: appliance 2 for unloading the compartment product is connected to the bottom part of cylinder-taper compartment 1 with a stepped tapered part. Froth chute 3 is located in the upper part of compartment 1. Installed inside compartment 1 in its axis is tapered rings 7 installed in a spaced relation (6), the diameter of the rings decreases to the bottom of compartment 1. Appliance 18 for pulp loading is installed above appliance 5 and aligned with it, appliance 18 consists of cyclone 19, cylindrical receiving chamber 23, slit-like screening surface 20, sand attachment 31. Appliance 18 is connected to gravity-distributing appliance 21 through drain distributing pipes 25 . Surface 20 is positioned at the level of the overflow edge of compartment 1, and the section of its holes increases from the axis of compartment 1. Pipes 25 have stepped bottoms 67, and steps 68 are provided with longitudinal riffles 69 staggered on adjacent steps 68. Installed in the bottom part of compartment 1 in its axis is tubular mixer 13 with branch pipe 14 used for pulp feed and branch pipe 15 used to feed aerated liquid. The diameter of mixer 13 is less than the diameter of ring 7. Pneumohydraulic aerators 63 are installed on the vertical walls of steps 66 of compartment 1. Similar aerators 63 are positioned in the lower part of mixer 13, in the lower part of cylindrical air lift column 55 connected to appliance 2, in the upper part of tubular tap 60 connecting the tapered part of compartment 1 to appliance 2. Stacks of plates 48, installed in a spaced relation (49) in the vertical plane, are positioned inside housing 45. Overflow reservoirs with unloading chutes 51 are installed on the opposite sides of plates 48, they are connected in spaced points to circular distributor 44 for fine-grained pulp fraction. EFFECT: enhanced extraction of chain component particles due to improved conditions of pulp mixing with particles of hydrophobic polymer treated by floatation agents. 5 dwg
