FIELD: concentration of minerals. SUBSTANCE: flotation machine has centrifugal flotation cyclones disposed in its lower part at both sides of air-lift column and connected to large-sized tailings discharge pipes. Devices for separating cyclone slime into foam product and tailings are connected to discharge branch pipes through flanged connections. Separating devices are formed as cylindrical receiving chambers extending along cyclone axis and provided with inclined bottom and inlet pipes. Inlet pipes extend through bottoms into cylindrical receiving chambers axially of them. Tailings discharge pipes are disposed in lower part of cylindrical receiving chamber. Foam collecting troughs are disposed adjacent to chamber edges and provided with foam product discharge pipes. Separating devices are provided with axially aligned and vertically spaced funnels mounted within cylindrical chambers by their tubular parts and extending upward by their wider part. Separating devices are further provided with conical reflectors, whose apexes are oriented downward and wider ends are secured to cylindrical chamber walls by means of vertical ribs positioned at the level of overflow edges of separating devices. Pneumatic hydraulic aerators are mounted on cylindrical chamber in annular units; each of the unit has annular balloon for compressed air and annular collector are disposed one above the other around cylindrical and conical chamber. Pneumatic hydraulic aerators are positioned in equally spaced relation along perimeter of cylindrical-conical chamber within annular collector for pressure water, with their axial openings being communicated at their one side with inner cavities of compressed air balloons and annular collector for pressure water and at their other side-with inner cavity of cylindrical-conical chamber. Additional pneumatic hydraulic aerators are disposed around annular distributor for small-sized pulp fraction around its periphery. Additional aerators are made integral with annular distributor to form annular unit, whose construction is similar to that of units disposed around cylindrical-conical chamber. Axes of pneumatic-hydraulic aerators disposed at both sides of slit-type windows are focused in pairs at points disposed in cylindrical-conical chambers on radial straight lines, which connect central part of each slit-type windows with axis of cylindrical chamber. Axes of pneumatic-hydraulic aerators are inclined downward for an angle equal to that of conical surface of cylindrical-conical chamber. Additional pneumatic-hydraulic aerators are uniformly staggered over the whole area of tubular branch surface oriented upward, with axes of additional aerators being focused in radial planes on axial line of tubular branch. EFFECT: improved aerohydrodynamic conditions of charging flotation machine and discharging of flotation separation product. 11 dwg
