FIELD: nonferrous metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: dross is separated into metal and oxide constituents in aluminium melt bath, and content of metals in dross is determined by analyzing the metal constituent. Analysis consists in determining quantitative and qualitative composition of this constituent, qualitative analysis being performed making use of a spectral method.
