Disc 14 of the launcher is secured to the shaft of worm wheel of upper part of gear casing. Working member represents cylindrical ring 21. Outer surface of the cylindrical ring 21 is related to disc 24 through cutters 22 with two-sided cutting edges expending over the limits of butts of carrying members (blades) 23. Gear casing of cutting member drive is made of two hinged parts installed so as to be turned mutually about one another and fixed. When digging trench or recesses of width equal to cutting member width, lower part of gear casing is turned about upper part and stopped by pin 17. Soil guiding mechanism 24 is rigidly connected to sleeve 25 installed on rotary telescopic rod 26 so as to be turned around axis and fixed. EFFECT: high efficiency. 6 dwg
