FIELD: manufacture of earth-moving machinery applicable in forestry for making protective, barrier and safety strips and in fire fighting. SUBSTANCE: mill is installed on vertical shaft and made in form of closed hollow cone with throwing blades installed on its surface. Blades are fluted and their lower part has cutting members. Mill casing is made in form of truncated cone. Soil throwing is improved due to increased motion speed of soil along throwing blades. Availability of cutting members on throwing blades extends technological capabilities of mill due to cutting soil with wooden inclusions. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 dwg
