FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: the device represents a mechanism of tooth fixation, having a catch with inserts secured on the ends of a rod and sleeve, which is kinematically linked with the rod and clamping sleeve, as well as a loading mechanism made in the form of a tie-rod hinge-joined to the rod free end with its middle part, and its ends through the flexible members of strain gauges and rotary casing are coupled to the mouth-piece for fastening in the patient's oral cavity. The threaded ends of the loading mechanism tie-rod are hinge-joined to the cantilever ends of the flexible members secured on the opposite sides in the axis of symmetry of the rotary casing. The inserts are replaceable, the interior of each insert repeats the external profile of the tooth that is engageable with it; the external profiles of each insert are identical and in accord with the catch seats. A reference scale is made on the rod in the longitudinal axis, in shear of the end of the clamping sleeve of the loading mechanism arm length. EFFECT: facilitated procedure of diagnosis by measurement of tooth mobility in two perpendicular planes (horizontal and vertical), enhanced adjustability of load on a tooth, enhanced accuracy of read off indices and results for diagnosis. 3 cl, 4 dwg
