Chamber 2 is restricted by membrane 10 provided with frame 11. Elastic capsules 12-17 are mounted in membrane 10. Ferromagnetic fluid 18 is placed inside chamber 2. Elongated ferromagnetic particles are components of the fluid. Inductance coils 3-8 are connected with commutator 19 which has current source 20, voltage governor 21, frequency converter 22, distributor 23. The latter has on three pulse counters 24-26, pulse generator 27, three switches 28-30. Outputs of the units are connected to sections of inductance coils 3-8.
