FIELD: building industry, production of basement. SUBSTANCE: aim is to decrease costs of building. Prefabricated wall of building, structure basement has foundation plates laid in band and set on them foundation walls blocks. New thing is the fact, that: 1. Foundation plates and wall blocks are connected to each other by vertical rods applied on outer surface of wall blocks and located in seams between foundation plates tightly to each other in any place of their mounting. In the case foundation plates are shifted to basement side in respect to wall blocks and vertical rods are mounted in zone of stretching efforts action. 2. In each place of vertical rods mounting sum of their areas is varying along height of wall and it is decreasing upwards. EFFECT: decreased costs of building. 2 cl, 5 dwg
