FIELD: devices containing media under pressure. SUBSTANCE: stainless flanges are welded to welded stainless steel envelope. Then blank made from carbon steel by swaging is welded to flanges. Then hole is drilled in other blank also made from carbon steel and this blank is welded to first one and to flanges. Then hermetic plastic material is poured under pressure through hole. Housing will be tight irrespective of leaks in inner envelope. Outer envelope of housing made from carbon steel is not subject to corrosion from inside.
