SUBSTANCE: damper includes a body, seats with sealing surfaces parallel to each other, a cover, a spindle with a leadscrew nut, which has at its end a wedge shape, discs and a handwheel, which are attached by means of chains to the spindle. Guides of one disc are located at an angle to the guides of the other disc. Wedge in the lower part has spring-loaded stops. Stops are located at an angle to each other.

EFFECT: improving the design of damper by wedging the discs after they are borne against the body bottom.
