FIELD: inspection of nuclear- explosive materials. SUBSTANCE: method refers to examination of materials with radiation methods. It includes determination of intensity of gamma radiation flux in range 1.5-2.0 MeV near examined object. In addition intensity of gamma radiation close to 10.83 MeV is found, background radiation in mentioned intervals is established and relationship of measured values is found. Proper inequality is used to estimate presence of charge. EFFECT: improved authenticity and sensitivity of method.
