FIELD: electric communications. SUBSTANCE: device has n sealed units each of which has TV camera, transmitter of TV signal, load commutator with TV signal antenna, load simulator, receiver of control commands, decoder of control commands, final-control unit, and control board, which has receiver of TV signals, selector of synchronization pulses, digital-to- analog converter, memory unit, memory controller, video controller, control unit, transmitter of control commands with antenna, monitor. Control unit receives TV picture from TV cameras, which are located in sealed units, in time-sharing mode, and transmits control commands to sealed units. Device may be used for transmitting pictures through radio channel by means of TV signals. Device is designed for remote monitoring object or area by means of set of TV cameras which send video signals through radio channels which operate at single frequency. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities, increased quality of received picture, decreased cost of system due to possibility to use radio channels which operate at single frequency. 2 cl, 2 dwg
