FIELD: plastic working of metal. SUBSTANCE: roll set has rigid replaceable roll-mandrel 1 and forming roll having set of sections 2 composed of outer rings 4 coated with flexible material 5 and inner rings 6 making support for outer rings 4. Inner rings 6 are positioned for vertical displacement by plungers 7 connected to mains 8. Plungers 7 are mounted on immovable beam 3 rigidly connected with machine frame and placed within rings. Outer rings 4 are loosely rotated one with respect to the other and to inner rings 6. Roll set allows single and double curvature parts to be bent. EFFECT: increased precision of parts produced, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 2 dwg
