FIELD: method for producing precast reinforced concrete namely prestressed cylindrical TUBES. SUBSTANCE: process for producing the tubes is subdivided into several technological points. Load-bearing protective layer is formed after winding prestressed, spiral reinforcing bars onto just formed concrete surface. For the purpose of this rather firm conical mandrel and sliding forming funnel are used. Concrete slurry is thinned using high-frequency (more than 75 Hz) deep vibration and compacted under the pressure of the weight of the concrete being compacted by vibration equal to 0.004 - 0.01 MPa with forming rate equal to 0.75 - 1.5 m/min. EFFECT: simplified technology.
