FIELD: manufacture of reinforced concrete pipes. SUBSTANCE: tubular article is made from finely-dispersed concrete mix filled with disperse reinforcement in form of lengths of steel wire in amount of 1.5 to 5.0 percent by mass of concrete; its length is determined by calculation formula. Moulding head for making the tubular article is made in form of hollow cylinder with moulding blades arranged over helical line; proportioner-distributor for directional orientation of wire lengths is mounted on lateral surface of head entry zone of noncompacted concrete mix before leading edge of compacting blade. Proportioner-distributor is made in form of rectangular partition secured on base; front wall of this partition is secured at distance not exceeding 1/3 of thickness of wall of tubular article.
