FIELD: guarding of objects and authorization of access to them. SUBSTANCE: device is composed of two parts. Transmitting part incorporates control unit, synchronization unit coder, ignition interlocking unit, signalling unit, indication unit, radio receiver and source of power supply and positioned on guarded object. Receiving part includes control unit, synchronization unit, coder, radio receiver, signalling unit, remote control unit and power supply source and is positioned with owner of guarded object. Each device is assigned one variant of code of 1016 combinations. Transmission of alarm signal is performed by transmitter over radio channel with the use of individual code to owner of corresponding receiver only. Device is controlled distantly by emission of individual code of receiver. While recognizing code of distant control device authorizes access to guarded object. Stability of operation of device is ensured by protection of external circuits of transmitter against unauthorized actions and indication if radio interference is used.
