VEHICLE ANTITHEFT SYSTEM Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC B60R25/00

Abstract RU 2295465 C1

FIELD: transport engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of protection of vehicles from high-jacking using radio frequency identification (RFID) of vehicle Users. Master-tag and master-reader interconnected by radio are made for dynamic identification dialogue. Master-reader sends to master-tag signal messages with numbers changing randomly from message to message. Master-tag receives said signal messages, provides nonlinear conversion of random numbers according to nonlinear algorithms and transmits converted random numbers to master-reader. Master-reader provides parallel identical nonlinear conversion of random numbers and compares results of identical nonlinear conversion with nonlinearly converted random numbers received from master-tag. If they coincide, light and sound signaling units are disconnected, and signal stating identification of vehicle User is sent to central control unit of antitheft system, and if they do not coincide, light and sound signaling units are energized. System includes also N interlock units, each containing reader to output of which actuating link is connected made for interlocking corresponding functional member of vehicle. Each reader is made for carrying out said dynamic identification dialogue with one of several tags and for activation of actuating link connected to reader is random numbers identically nonlinearily converted and those received from tags do not coincide.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of antitheft protection of vehicle owing to use of RFID technology and dynamic identification dialogue.
