FIELD: heat power engineering, can be used for prevention of scaling on the surface of steam and hot-water boilers. SUBSTANCE: the device uses a diamagnetic sleeve secured on the liquid conduit with formation of an annular cavity, which receives the magnetic core winding. A core with an annular cavity is secured to the liquid conduit inside the sleeve. The wall of the liquid conduit has holes to the sleeve and core spaces. A dissector with taper surfaces is positioned inside the liquid conduit, the dissector rod is brought outside through a threaded joint in the wall of the liquid conduit.
