FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying temporary ligature anastomosis on the end enterostomas. To do it, adducting and abducting intestines are brought closer and sutured 20-25 cm apart from the end stomas through all layers with a loop ligature corresponding to anastomosis width. Loop ligature ends are brought through a tube placed into abducting loop. The loop ligature is step-by-step tightened not more than 5 mm per day after peritonitis alleviation and unpassability phenomena are observed. Interintestinal anastomosis comes into life in 5-8 days that is shown by discharged loop ligature and reduced exudate through the end enterostoma. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 7 dwg
