FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, and may be applicable for the complex surgical treatment of patients with unformed duodenal and/or high enteric fistulas. Fistula sutured with one-raw interrupted stitches without tension of the intestinal paries. Pork dermal collagen “Permacol” is laid on top of the sutured area, dimensions thereof are selected in such a manner, that after laying and straightening edges thereof are at least 2.0–2.5 cm from the suture line on the intestine, and the stitches are placed only at the angles of the cut out bioimplant. At 2-3 days after the surgery, a microcatheter is inserted into the gastro-duodenal artery in duodenal fistulas or in the superior mesenteric artery during high enteric fistulas. Through the microcatheter, Nicergoline vasoprotective is administered in a daily dose of 4 mg per 100.0 ml of 0.9 % saline solution for 6-7 days.
EFFECT: method enables to reduce a risk of recurrence.
