FIELD: dispersing of materials. SUBSTANCE: vessel is loaded with material containing liaison ground mixed with sand and rubble at weight ratio 90:5:5. Then water is added until solid-liquid ratio 1:2 is reached, the vessel is sealed with remaining air space constituting 1% of vessel volume, whereupon 4-6 series of high-voltage electric discharges are fulfilled in the center of vessel, followed by 4-6 series of high-voltage electric discharge near the bottom of vessel. Parameters of high-voltage electric discharge in each series are: voltage 6-8 kV, frequency 0.5-1.0 Hz, capacitance of capacitors 300 mcf with 1.1-1.95 kJ/l energy release, number of high-voltage electric discharge 8-12. Suspension thus obtained is screened, and fluid with non- screened particles is returned into the vessel and consequently high-voltage electric discharge treated up to 10 times. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of process.
