FIELD: heat engineering; recovery of waste gas heat. SUBSTANCE: flow of gases is humidified by passing it through film of condensate formed on two-sided perforated plate 4 where gases are saturated with water steam. Volume condensation of water steam is effected in chamber 2 above plate 4 on dust-like particles and finest drops of steam-and-gas flow. Steam-and-gas flow is cooled to dew point by transfer of heat of flow through wall of heat exchange elements 8. Condensate drops from flow on inclined partitions 5 provided with chutes 10 and then it gets on plate 4 via drain pipe 9. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 1 dwg
