Additional axis of base of drop-like tube is positioned above horizontal symmetry axis of fin by value of eccentricity e'. Decreased aerodynamic resistance and increased efficiency of heat exchange are achieved thanks to transition to drop-like profile of base of tube of heat-exchange element which prevents formation of condensate in lower part of tube.
