FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying gravitation test as step-wise growing load to a patient suffering from non-complicated myocardial infarction for 7-10 days in lying position. The test involves making a patient lift a load to a definite altitude at definite frequency under electrocardiogram control. The last step loads (P) are determined from a formula P=4/3 mghn/60, where m is the load weight in kg, g is the free fall acceleration in m/, h is the lift altitude in m, n is the load lift frequency per min, 4/3 is the adjustment coefficient taking load work in lowering into account. Functional state of the heart is estimated from the load values. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of method.
