FIELD: medicine, cardiology.
SUBSTANCE: one should perform gradual increasing loading for a patient at veloergometer to register ECG during the process of loading. Since the onset of veloergometry it is necessary to carry out peresophageal electrostimulation of patient's atria to obtain cardiac rhythm ranged 120-180 contractions per minute. This method is considered to sensitive noninvasive method for diagnostics and verification of latent coronary failure.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of diagnostics.
