FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves suturing nail phalanx with one silk thread in sagittal plane, the middle part of the middle phalanx being sutured with the second one in the frontal plane. Nail phalanx is fixed in overextension position. To do it, both ligatures are tied on the rear side and additionally fixed with gypsum bandage along the volar surface for 5-6 weeks. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
