FIELD: medicine, traumatology and orthopaedics.
SUBSTANCE: distal phalanx is fixed in hyperextension position with use of application of wire construction by inserting Kirschner's wire into proximal part of middle phalanx perpendicularly to phalanx axis. Ends of wire are bent down at the right angle and laid along finger. Thin wires are passed through distal part of middle phalanx and tuberosity of distal phalanx in parallel to each other and perpendicularly to phalanxes axes with following fixing them to base wire. Ends of base wire are bent towards hand's backside at level of distal interphalangeal joint, and tendon suture is made in addition, to adjust tendon ends.
EFFECT: optimal conditions for regeneration are provided.
