FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: device has perforated capsule for fastening members, head and pedicle to be fixed. Endoprosthesis is manufactured from ceramics. Fastening members are manufactured as single screw which axis is collinear with capsule symmetry axis and two rods which symmetry axes are in the same plane with the screw axis at an acute angle to it. Flat is produced on the head placed at an angle to the end face plane being antiphysiologic for a normal articulation. Two annular grooves for bone cement to be placed are on the neck near the place of connection with the prosthesis head. EFFECT: long service life. 1 dwg
