FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: the innovation deals with equipment for endoprosthetics of hip joint. Endoprosthesis suggested consists of spherical caput, cervix and pedicle. Caput is truncated with supporting flat surface right at the juncture with cervix. The latter is designed in the form of thigh bone's cervix. In cranial direction cervix is replaced towards the center of caput's supporting flat surface corresponding to Adams' arch thickness value being flattened in frontal plane and designed in the form of thigh bone's cervix. Cervix is connected with pedicle which has oval opening, moreover, it narrows towards its free end. EFFECT: higher efficiency of operation. 3 dwg
