FIELD: medicine, surgery stomatology. SUBSTANCE: method involves complex treatment of patient with diabetes mellitus and acute suppurative-inflammatory disease of maxillofacial region involving surgery operations and insulin administration. Beginning from 3-6 day after surgery operation the wound is treated with 3.5% olifen solution for 6-8 days. To patients with severe diabetes mellitus course and spacious suppurative-inflammatory processes olifen tablets were given simultaneously (0.5 g, 3 times per a day for 7-10 days). EFFECT: decreased treatment period, accelerated regeneration, enhanced effectiveness.
