FIELD: medicine, pharmacy technology. SUBSTANCE: tablets have 10-80% "Mesna" as biologically active substance and the following components, weight part per 1 weight part "Mesna": binding agent 0.01-1; raising agent 0.03-0.4; agent promoting smooth surface formation 0.01-0.2, filling agent 0.1-1 and, additionally, standard physiologically inert carbonated mixture in the case of carbonated tablets making 0.05-30. Granulate has the same components at indicated amounts, except for raising agent. Method of tablet making involves "Mesna" granulation with C₁-C₄-alcohol or acetone or with mixture of these solvents with water and with special additions: filling agent, binding agent or raising agent. Total amount or part of special additions is added and other part - after granulation. Granulate is dried and slipping. taste, sweetening and aromatic substances were added. Mixture is homogenized and pressed. Granulate is obtained by the same described granulating stage from granulate components. Granulate is dried, slipping agent is added and covered with film shell, then taste, sweetening and aromatic substances were added and homogenized.
