FIELD: petroleum processing and petrochemistry. SUBSTANCE: catalyst is subjected to burning off coke at 250-500 C under oxygen-containing atmosphere and is additionally treated with hydrogen-containing gas with 0.1-5 mg/cu.m of hydrogen sulfide at 480-520 C for 10-50 h. Further, under oxygen-containing atmosphere, catalyst is treated first with a chloroorganic compound and then, at 250-300 C, with fluoroorganic compounds in amount providing 0.1-0.4% fluorine based on catalyst weight. EFFECT: entirely recovered catalyst activity.
