FIELD: oil producing industry; applicable in testing formations drilled-in by well. SUBSTANCE: well tester has closed sample-taking chamber under sealing bushing of the packer between sleeve and rod. Sleeve and rod have radial holes communicating during inflow when device is landed and disconnecting when tester is tensioned by its own mass. Shutoff valve is located under the sample-taking chamber. Sample-taking chamber accommodates unit of micro-sampling members taking samples in intervals between cylinder pistons when tester is tensioned. Packer anchor has retainer in form of nut split into sectors. Sectors are embraced with steel spring. Internal buttress thread of the nut is engageable with mating thread on the rod lower end.
