SUBSTANCE: device has two centrifugal sensors 3 and 4 engaging with corresponding rods 8 and 10 through sliding sleeves 6 and levers 7 and 9. Rod 8 is coupled with fuel delivery metering unit, and rod 10 is coupled with unit changing fuel injection advance angle. Control lever 11 is coupled with first lever 7. Leverage mechanically coupling rods 8 and 10 is made in form of bell crank 14 and single-arm lever 15 engaging with rod 8.
