FIELD: space navigation. SUBSTANCE: for measurement of vector of state of determined object operational constellation of navigational spacecrafts is used and navigational problem is solved on basis of difference of pseudodistances and Doppler frequency shift over time interval. Value of differences of pseudodistances by start of interval is formed by way of averaging of values of differences of pseudodistances obtained over the whole of interval. Time referencing is carried out by solution of navigation-time problem. Present values of differences of pseudodistances are formed with allowance for averaged value for start of interval and integral of difference of Doppler frequency shift over same interval. EFFECT: increased speed of response of navigational measurements with keeping of accuracy. 4 cl, 7 dwg
