FIELD: dosimetry. SUBSTANCE: personal domestic dose-meter is designed to measure integral absorbed doses of ionizing, gamma, beta, neutron and X-ray radiations from 10-4 grays and higher. Dose-meter is composed of light impenetrable case and scintillator housed in it and made in the form of sector of cylinder. Photoactive whisker made from material having photomechanism effect supported as cantilever on point of sector is used as photosensitive element. In this case light of second radiation of scintillator coincides with band of own absorption of photoactive whisker. Reading device is fabricated in the form of lens and scale. With action of radiation on scintillator there emerges secondary radiation of scintillator which bends whisker through definite angle dependent on absorption dose of ionizing radiation. Absorbed dose of ionizing radiation is determined by displacement of free end of whisker from initial position. EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability of personal domestic dose-meter. 4 dwg
