FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, gathering of sun-cured plant mass to form windrows and, in arid regions, gathering of new-mown grass behind mower. SUBSTANCE: rake has frame, tine bar secured to frame for rotation relative to it, thrower, which is connected to foot pedal through tie-rod. Rod attached to bar has one end connected to thrower and other end connected to semiaxis holder and running spider wheel mounted on semiaxis. Semiaxis is attached to bar with its holder. One end of rod is bent. Bar has guide for receiving straight end of bar, which is reciprocating along bar to periodically come into engagement by its straight end with wheel spider fingers. Rod bent end is connected with thrower for motion relative to it. Feeler member with longitudinal slot is fixed on thrower in horizontal plane in spaced relation to rod longitudinal axis, with distance between them being equal to 2.6-2.9 of rod working stroke. Bent end of rod is positioned in longitudinal slot for motion along it. Longitudinal axis of feeler member slot and axis of rod straight end are inclined at an angle of 40-45 deg one with respect to the other. EFFECT: increased efficiency, reduced weight of rake, prolonged service life of rake members by increased rigidity and simplified construction. 3 dwg, 1 tbl
