HAY-HARVESTING DEVICE Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC A01D78/10 A01B73/04

Abstract RU 2569294 C2

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a group of agricultural machinery industry. The hay-harvesting device comprises a frame having a main beam and at least a first lateral shoulder located on one side of the main beam. The lateral shoulder carries at least one crop processing tool, such as a rake. The rotary shoulder is connected with the ability of rotation about a horizontal centre line to the first lateral shoulder to move between the operating and the transport positions. According to the first embodiment in the operating position the connection of the first rotary shoulder is located at a greater horizontal distance from the longitudinal centre line than the centre line of the rotor of the first crop processing tool. The first rotary shoulder extends transversely to the longitudinal centre line at right angles to the longitudinal centre line. According to the second embodiment in the operating position the connection of the first rotary shoulder is located between the connection of the first rotary shoulder and the longitudinal centre line. The hay-harvesting device, according to the third embodiment, additionally comprises a first and a satellite frame which is mounted at the end of the first lateral shoulder and has a supporting wheel. The first crop processing tool is mounted on the first rotary shoulder, which is attached with the ability of rotation about a horizontal centre line to the first satellite frame to move between the operating and the transport positions. The second processing tool is mounted on the second rotary shoulder which is connected with the ability of rotation about a horizontal centre line to the first satellite frame to move between the operating and the transport positions. In the operating position the connection of the second rotary shoulder is located at a smaller horizontal distance from the longitudinal centre line than the centre line of the rotor of the second crop processing tool. The hay-harvesting device, according to the fourth embodiment, comprises a primary part of the frame with a towbar to hitch to the tractor. The frame with the towbar determines the longitudinal centre line of the device, parallel to the direction of displacement or movement in the operating position. The device additionally comprises two secondary sections of the frame on both sides of the primary section of the frame, attached to the primary section of the frame, each of which is provided with two processing tools. In the operating position, the first processing tool is located between the connection of the first rotary shoulder and the longitudinal centre line. The second processing tool is mounted on the second rotary shoulder which is connected in the connection area of the second rotary shoulder with the ability of rotation about a horizontal centre line to the secondary part of the frame for movement between the operating and the transport positions. In the operating position the connection of the second rotary shoulder is located at a smaller horizontal distance from the longitudinal centre line than the centre line of the rotor of the second crop processing tool. The hay-harvesting device, according to the fifth embodiment, additionally comprises two secondary frame sections arranged on both sides of the primary section of the frame, each of which is provided with at least a first crop processing tool, such as a rake. The secondary sections of the frame are attached to the primary section of the frame by a parallelogram mechanism operating in the horizontal plane. The hay-harvesting device, according to the sixth embodiment, comprises a frame and two lateral shoulders extending laterally from both sides and from the central section of the frame, each of which carries at least one processing tool such as a rake. The device comprises the means (88) for setting the position of each support wheel correlatively the longitudinal centre line in at least one inclined position relative to the longitudinal centre line. The difference of the hay-harvesting device, according to the seventh embodiment, is that the device (88) is designed to adjust the supporting wheel for the lateral shoulders to different inclined positions relative to the longitudinal centre line.

EFFECT: compactness, manoeuvrability and width adjustment of the device are ensured.
