FIELD: production of cast urethane elastomers useful for manufacture of coatings for oil pipes, rolls, rollers and polyurethane tyres. SUBSTANCE: chain extender is essentially mixture comprising (wt%): 2.20-60.80 $$$-methylene-bis (2.3-dichloro-6- ethylamyline); 0.10-12.20 $$$ methylene-bis (3-chloro- 2,6-diethylaniline ; up to 100 $$$-tetrachloro-$$$- diethyl-$$$-methylene dianiline in combination with $$$- trichloro-$$$-triethyl-$$$-methylene dianiline and with $$$-thrichloro-$$$-triethyl-$$$-methylene dianiline. Extender is obtained by reaction of condensation of corresponding amines with formaldehyde in acid medium. EFFECT: improved properties of the cast urethane elastomers. 3 tbl
