FIELD: repair of oil and gas wells during their construction and operation. SUBSTANCE: compound can be used at low ambient temperature conditions such as at down to minus 25-30 C, density achieved is up to 1210 kg/qu.cm and viscosity within 3-20 MPa/s, permeability of rock is reduced by 10 or more times at amount of gel formation of filtered sediment with particles of 40-1000 mcm within 45-80% of total volume of composition. Compound includes technical aminated salt which is a by-product in producing ethylene amines which contains at least 92% of sodium chloride; nitrile-trimethylenephosphonium acid, potassium chloride and water, at following ratio of ingredients, weight %: technical aminated salt - 12-20, nitrile-trimethylenephosphonium acid - 0.3-1.0, potassium chloride - 4.0-12.0, water - the balance. Compound is produced by mixing water solution of technical aminated salt and water solution of potassium chloride in volume ratio of saturated solutions equal to 2.0-3.0:0.5-1.5.
