PROCESS OF SECONDARY OPENING OF PRODUCTIVE POOL AND GEAR FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION Russian patent published in 1996 - IPC

FIELD: gas and oil production. SUBSTANCE: gear for implementation of secondary opening of productive pool is composed of body-filter in the form of casing pipe with side holes. Threading dies are anchored on outer surfaces of casing pipes. They are manufactured in the form of semi-ellipse of revolution truncated on opposite sides. Stoppers are mounted for extending into its radial holes. They are fabricated in the form of sleeves with butt collars and are provided with spring rings for second boring of central radial hole. Their diameters are bigger than those of side holes. Casing string is lowered down hole in agreement with process. Direct pressure grouting of casing string is conducted. On its completion pressure in casing string is increased and stoppers are extended till they contact walls of well with fixation by means of spring rings in end-point position. Pump and compressor pipes are descended after hardening of cement. Water and alcohol solution ГКЖ-10 of ethylsilicate of sodium or water and alcohol solution ГКЖ-11 of methylsiliconate of sodium is pumped through them into face zone. They are deluted with water in proportion (1-2):(2-1). After dissolution of aluminium stoppers part of fluid ГКЖ-10/11 deluted with water is forced through into productive stratum.
