FIELD: medical engineering; apparatuses for inhalation narcosis. SUBSTANCE: proportioner comprises pressure regulator and follower connected, respectively, to outlets of first and second gas sources, and to first and second inlets of air-flow restrictor whose outlet is communicated with outlet pneumatic actuator, while control chamber of air-flow restrictor is connected to output of pulse generator comprising first and second pneumatic relays, and first and second inertial members. Air-flow restrictor is made as single one-piece pneumatic relay, while pulse generator is provided with third pneumatic relay. Outlet of first gas source is communicated with input of first pneumatic relay and, via first inertial member, with control chamber of first pneumatic relay and with input of third pneumatic relay whose control chamber is communicated with input of second pneumatic relay. Outlet of generator is realized as single pneumatic duct and communicated with control chamber of second pneumatic relay, with second input of first pneumatic relay and, via second inertial member, with control chamber of third pneumatic relay.
